I spent my 20s in Michelin kitchens โ bold flavors, late dinners, loads of caffeine to get through. Then in my 30s, coffee turned to jitters and high-dose supplements felt too harsh. What brought my energy and glow back was the way my herbal medicine family lived: warm meals, balanced flavors, small amounts of herbs every day.
