Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped promptly. Delivery timelines depend on carrier performance and the accuracy of your shipping information. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We do not ship to:
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- U.S. territories or international locations
Shipping Methods & Costs

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the following business day.
- Transit times begin after the order ships, not when placed.
- Subscription renewals may process up to 2 business days before the scheduled ship date.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, loss, or returns caused by:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses
- Failure to retrieve a package from a carrier facility
- Refusal of delivery
- Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing by the customer
Address Changes: You may request an address change only before the order is processed. Once an order enters fulfillment, the address cannot be modified. Contact care@herbloomzen.com immediately if you need to update your shipping details.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal, unclaimed), you will be responsible for:
- Original outbound shipping costs
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
- $5 per-product restocking fee
If you wish to have the package reshipped, new shipping charges will apply.
Shipping Delays & Carrier Limitations
Estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. HerbloomZ is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier processing delays or routing errors
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- Customs inspections or regulatory holds
- Peak shipping periods (holidays, promotional events)
- Address verification or delivery attempt issues
For delays beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.
- Verify the delivery location using the carrier's tracking details (some packages may be left in alternate locations).
- Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
HerbloomZ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Requiring a signature for delivery (available for express shipping)
- Monitoring your tracking information closely
