Subscription Overview

Most HerbloomZ subscriptions are flexible and can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime directly from your account after the first delivery.

One exception is our Welcome Set, which is offered at a special introductory price and is structured across two deliveries to complete the set experience.

Welcome Set — Two-Delivery Structure

• The Welcome Set is priced across two deliveries and is designed to be completed as a set.
• The subscription may be canceled after the second delivery has been fulfilled.
• The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to the first delivery only.
• Once the second delivery has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Multi-Month & Multi-Unit Sets

• Multi-month plans and multi-unit sets are sold as a single bundled product.
  
• The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to the first unit opened.
• Once more than one unit within a set has been opened or used, the entire order becomes non-refundable.
• Opening more than one unit is considered acceptance of the full set.

All Other Subscriptions

• Subscriptions other than the Welcome Set may be canceled anytime after the first delivery.
• You can manage, skip, or cancel directly from your account dashboard.

Returns & Refunds

• The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to the first unit of a set, even if opened and tried.
• Orders are non-refundable once more than one unit has been opened.
• One-time purchases may be returned only if unopened and unused.
• A $5 restocking fee per product applies to approved returns.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Prepaid return labels (U.S. only) will be deducted from the refund.
