How We Collect Reviews

• Reviews are collected through our verified Shopify app (Growave)
• Verified purchasers receive email invitations after completing an order
• Customers may also leave reviews directly on our product pages

Fraud & Spam Prevention

• Reviews from verified purchasers are clearly marked
• All reviews are moderated before publishing
• Fraudulent, duplicate, offensive, or irrelevant submissions are rejected
• We do not buy, incentivize, or fabricate reviews

Handling Fraudulent Activity

• Suspected fake or spam reviews are investigated and promptly removed
• Repeat or malicious attempts may result in the user being blocked

External Review Platforms

• In addition to reviews collected directly on our website, HerbloomZ also maintains a verified review profile on Trustpilot
• This provides an additional independent channel for customers to share authentic feedback
• All reviews on Trustpilot are subject to Trustpilot's fraud detection and moderation processes
